Q: Do I need an appointment?
A: Usually, but we have the flexibility to offer instant appointments and we will always see 'emergencies' immediately.

Q: Are you expensive?
A: No! For the level of service, expertise, experience, product quality and facilities which we offer and the time given, we consider ourselves to be highly competitive. Please remember that eye examinations are not standardised and vary greatly in content and expertise. Lens and frame quality vary equally greatly.

Q: Will my spectacles be ready quickly?
A: Yes. Please remember that some specialist lenses take a little longer to obtain. We do not offer a restricted range of lenses in order that a very quick 'turnaround' can be offered.

Q: Do you supply light, thin lenses?
A: Of course! And you will be advised on which eyewear will maximise the cosmetic appearance of the lenses.

Q: Do you offer Designer Eyewear?
A: Probably the most exclusive in the area and we have extensive experience in dispensing these high value products.
